My boyfriend and I went in to see about what it would look like for me to sign for one of our vehicles. We sat in Baileys office. Visit was fine. Since it was her and myself talking directly my boyfriend stepped out of her office. She and I had small talk and spoke about her boyfriend. My boyfriend returned to her office and we continued to talk about me co-signing. We went in the next day to ask about my boyfriend getting a loan for his new vehicle. I sat in the far left that way she could speak more directly to him. I noticed her body language was completely different when speaking to him. Was very flirty. Since I noticed the difference in her body language I brought up her boyfriend (of whom she openly spoke about once my boyfriend left her office the day before). I noticed once I brought him up she immediately, nervously looked up at my boyfriend. After that visit I came to find out that my application was denied and I never received a letter stating why. Hmmmm. I’m a Psychology major and my gut feeling was instant.

I've been a member for many years. I received a fraud alert the day before Thanksgiving. In the way the associate handled the situation was impeccable very sympathetic concerned and professional with the present situation. I highly recommend Sandia Federal Credit Union 👌 Thanks again for job well done. Let me also mention, I was 300 miles from home. Pamela ~

Sandy was extremely helpful when I went in to ask questions about your Grow Money Market account program. She is very knowledgeable and even took the time to call me back to clarify everything that we had discussed. She has exceptional customer service skills, is very friendly and, it was a pleasure doing business with her. Great job!!!!!!

Terrible customer service I had just spoke to micah who is the branch supervisor and he told me couldnt help me with anything! And theyre even worse when it comes to banking! My account was hacked and funds were stolen and it took almost a whole year just to get my money back when they said it should only take 30 days! plus they charge you a bunch of fees after telling you they don't! Do not bank with sandia area! I'm definitely closing my account that I've had for 5 years and switching to credit union that actually cares about there customers! If I could leave a zero star review I would!!
